BioRePeel, also known as a biphasic TCA peel, is a non-surgical way to resurface and renew skin without the peeling and recovery typically associated with acid treatments. Unlike conventional peels that work from the outside in — dehydrating and breaking down the epidermis — BioRePeel works from the inside out. Its lipophilic phase protects the skin surface while carrying the active hydrophilic phase, containing TCA, salicylic acid, amino acids, and vitamins, deep into the dermis. The Science: Why BioRePeel Works

Most chemical peels work from the outside in, causing visible surface damage and peeling. BioRePeel uses biphasic technology to work differently. The formula separates into two phases: a lipophilic (oil-soluble) phase that protects the skin surface, and a hydrophilic (water-soluble) phase that carries 35% TCA and active vitamins deep into the dermis. This means deep cellular renewal happens without the frosting, open wounds, or extended downtime typical of conventional TCA peels.

The Procedure

Each session is quick and comfortable, taking just 15 to 20 minutes. Your skin is cleansed and the BioRePeel solution is applied and left to work for a short contact time before being neutralised and removed.

Prep Skin is thoroughly cleansed and degreased to ensure even penetration of the active formula across the treatment area.
Apply The BioRePeel solution is applied in layers. You may feel a mild tingling or warmth — this is normal and indicates the actives are working. There is no frosting and no open wounds.
Complete The solution is neutralised and removed. SPF is applied and you leave Soma Laser and Skincare Clinic with skin that is immediately brighter and smoother — no recovery period required.

The Results

Results are progressive. After each session, the TCA triggers controlled cellular renewal — old, damaged skin cells are shed and replaced by fresher, healthier ones. Collagen and elastin production is stimulated over the following weeks. Most clients notice improvement from the first session, with optimal results after a full course of 4 to 6 treatments spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart. Some mild flaking or redness in the days following treatment is normal and temporary.
