Product refunds:

Any faulty products purchased online will be credited or replaced. Courier fee to be paid by Soma Laser & Skincare Clinic in the case of a faulty return. Any products causing an adverse reaction on the skin can be returned and will be credited or replaced with an alternative product. Courier fee to be paid by Soma Laser & Skincare Clinic. An adverse reaction form will need to be completed before a credit or refund is processed. Soma Laser & Skincare Clinic needs to be made aware of a faulty product or reaction within 14 days of purchase.

Delivery:

Soma Laser & Skincare Clinic makes use of the Courier Guy. All delivery charges are for the clients account unless otherwise stipulated. Any product damaged in transit will be replaced by Soma Laser & Skincare Clinic.

Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Vouchers are no redeemable for cash.

Booking Policy:

All new bookings require a R200 fee to be paid to secure the booking. This will be deducted off the treatment fee on the day. Any no show will forfeit the booking fee.

All appointments are to be canceled 12 hours in advance, if not, 20% of the original appointment will be charged.
