Lamelle Clarity Active Cleanse (250ml)

Lamelle Clarity Active Cleanse is a daily soap-free, foaming gel which cleanses deeply but gently. It increases exfoliation while maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier in oily, congested skins. It is both anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial due to a combination of botanical extracts and hydrating ingredients that soothe and calm irritated skin and reduce oil. It also removes make-up. Suitable for oily, acne-prone skins.

Key Ingredients include Salicylic Acid which with its keratolytic action helps to exfoliate and remove dry, dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. Extracts of Myrrh and Tea Tree oil provide strong anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activity while helping to reduce infection. Ivy extract tones and decongests oily skin. Allantoin soothes and keeps the skin fresh and revitalised. Fragrance-free (no artificial fragrance) only a natural tea tree scent. Not tested on animals.

Dr. Webster’s Recommendation: This is a gentle cleanser which leaves oily, congested skins soothed and calm after cleansing, with the added benefit of protecting the delicate skin barrier. Over-cleansing and harsh scrubs is a common problem I see in patients with oily, acne-prone skins – they try and scrub their acne away and this only exacerbates an already problematic skin. Gentle cleansing is the key to reducing inflammation and redness in acne skins.

  • Use in the morning and at night before applying other products in the Clarity range.
  • Apply the gel to wet hands to activate the foam before applying to the face and/or neck.
  • Massage the foam in gently in a circular movement over the entire face.
  • Allow the foam to remain on the face for 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly to maximize the soothing, hydrating and exfoliation properties of the treatment step.
  • Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen daily when using active ingredient products.
